Industrial microwave equipment is primarily utilized in product heating, drying, sterilization, and other fields. Due to its unique environmental protection and energy-saving effects, its application is becoming increasingly widespread, and more and more people are becoming aware of and purchasing industrial microwave equipment. How can one select and purchase industrial microwave equipment?
We often receive inquiries from some customers, such as "How much does your industrial microwave equipment cost?" or "How much does a 60 kW industrial microwave equipment cost?" Since industrial microwave equipment is customized according to specific application environments, it is impossible to provide an answer to such questions. To select industrial microwave equipment, the following steps must be followed.
1. State the application requirements and quantitatively describe the problems to be solved, such as drying 500 kilograms of river sand per hour, reducing the moisture content from 30% to less than 1%, controlling the drying temperature within 90 degrees, etc. Special circumstances should also be explained, such as the length cannot exceed 10 meters.
2. Ask the other party whether they have experience in solving related product issues, listen to their explanation of solutions, and judge their technical expertise.
3. Conduct on-site application experiments at the partner's location to assess their application experience in the field and study the technical feasibility of using industrial microwave equipment for relevant needs.
4. Develop the plan, conduct cost accounting, and perform an economic feasibility analysis for the adoption of industrial microwave equipment.
5. Comprehensively evaluate and determine suppliers based on their enterprise scale, technical strength, production capacity, technical solutions, and quotations, taking into account factors such as enterprise strength, after-sales guarantees, application experience, equipment design basis, and price.
Among the above steps, the fifth one is the most crucial. We once encountered a very "smart" client who, after completing the first four steps, filtered and summarized the proposals provided by various suppliers into his own "Technical Requirements". He then issued the "Technical Requirements" for bidding, boasting that products manufactured according to the "Technical Requirements" were all the same, and that the key was to look at the price, with the lowest bidder winning in the end.
